What can I cut out of my weekly schedule in order to increase my efficiency?

To become more efficient, I must cut out of my life all of the time consuming bulk that produces no positive outcome.  I will then be able to invest more of my time in the important things that bring a great outcome.

I know the importance of a good night’s sleep, and I make sure to get at least 9 hours of sleep every night.  But like most other teenagers, I tend to stay up late and then sleep late the next morning.  This definitely reduces my productivity.  I am going to change my schedule, and go to sleep earlier so that I can wake up early in the morning and have a much more productive day.

I have mostly given up television, but I am guilty of spending precious time browsing the internet.  While there are loads of great information on the internet, there is also loads of time consuming useless information.  Many people including myself get board and try to use the internet as a means of entertainment, much like television.  This is probably the world’s biggest waste of time.  I plan to limit my web browsing time so that I won’t have time to get sidetracked.

Procrastination is something I will be definitely cutting out of my weekly schedule.  Procrastination is like a shadow that follows me everywhere.  I have been working on breaking the terrible habit, but I have not yet succeeded.  This is something that I must cut out of my life, or I will not increase my efficiency nor will I succeed in the business world.
